whilst in the lake district for my holidays i noticed in a leaflet that there was a castle ruin near where i was staying so used the opportunity to get my first detailed pictures of ruins. as there was not much to see the castle ruins were empty so i was able to get the pictures i needed without people standing in front of me. i have tried to get a range of pictures ranging from a close up of one individual wall to a picture of what was once an entire room.
