canvas

I have produced a canvas which is my interpretation of one of Goldsworthy’s pieces using paint and papier mache to raise some of the stones. i started by painting the background a different shade of brown but this was unsuccessful as there was no clear difference between the stones and the background so i painted the background a blue/grey which i feel looks like a rough sea. i feel this is successful but if i were to do it again i would make the stones more raised up to make the difference between them more obvious.
